STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Comfort Products Dealer Advisory Council will provide a neutral, direct, two-way channel of communication between the customer and the distributor for the purpose of improving the understanding of one another’s wants, needs, and concerns. In doing so, the goal of the D.A.C. is to improve customer satisfaction through this free-flow of information.
